Eligibility:
Graduate and undergraduate students.
Theme:
To present a concept using Biomedical, and/or
Biochemical, Electrical, Electronic, or related techniques to improve persons’
well-being or health, assist a persons’ disability, or to improve a persons’
ability to manage tasks that usually require assistance.
Requirements and Dates:
The form should be submitted for judging up to
May 17, 2019. All abstracts should be typed, using Calibri font, no smaller than
size 12, maximum of two pages in length including any attached diagrams,
schematic, and/or pictures. Please, check the provided files for details in
Portuguese, before filling the submission form.

This format also applies to an introductory
PowerPoint slide during the presentation which should be planned for 12 minutes.
The form should be submitted for a review in a MS Word or PDF format. The
concept submitted shall be that of the students, and shall note all references.
The student shall present a brief overview of the basic concept, either a
totally new idea or a conceptual modification to an existing item or system.
Prospective participants are strongly encouraged to submit early a letter/email
indicating their anticipated participation.

participant. The contest will be held at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do
Paraná (PUCPR). (check for details).
